Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed for damaged products upon return. Refund will be initiated after we check the condition and genuineness of the product. The product must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

3. Process

To initiate a return, contact us at customer.sbtcc@gmail.com / 97906 78397 with your order details and reason for return along with valid photo and video proof. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product and after checking its quality and genuineness.
